Statement of Faith
The Triune God
We believe in one true and living God, eternally existing in three Persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is the Creator and Sustainer of heaven and earth, the source of all life, truth, and righteousness, and is worthy of all worship, honour, and glory.
Scripture: Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19
Jesus Christ
We believe in Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, who is fully God and fully man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, revealed the Father, died on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of humanity, rose bodily from the dead on the third day, ascended into heaven, and will return in glory for His Church.
Scripture: John 1:1–14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Acts 1:9–11
Salvation
We believe that salvation is the gift of God's grace, received through faith alone in Jesus Christ and not by human works, so that no one can boast. Through repentance and faith, believers are forgiven of their sins, redeemed, justified, and made new creations in Christ, receiving the assurance of eternal life.
Scripture: Ephesians 2:8–9; 2 Corinthians 5:17
The Holy Scriptures
We believe that the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the final authority for Christian faith, doctrine, and daily living, equipping believers for every good work.
Scripture: 2 Timothy 3:16–17
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the person and work of the Holy Spirit, who convicts the world of sin, brings new birth to all who believe, indwells every believer, empowers the Church for ministry and witness, distributes spiritual gifts according to His will, and enables Christians to live holy, obedient, and fruitful lives.
Scripture: Acts 1:8; John 16:8; Galatians 5:22–23
The Church
We believe that the Church is the Body of Christ, made up of all believers, and is called to worship God, proclaim the Gospel, make disciples of all nations, care for those in need, heal the brokenhearted, and demonstrate God's love through compassionate service and faithful witness.
Scripture: Matthew 28:19–20; Luke 4:18
The Great Commission
We believe that every follower of Jesus Christ is called to participate in the Great Commission by sharing the Gospel and demonstrating God's love through both word and action. We are committed to bringing the living water of Jesus Christ to people everywhere, meeting both their spiritual and practical needs, until He returns.
Scripture: John 4:14; Matthew 24:14; Matthew 28:18–20
